Customers may choose to bring in their own
plans for bid or work with their designers to achieve a custom home plan uniquely fit to their lifestyle
and needs.
After, if the customer decides
to proceed with completion of a working set of plans, a small plan
deposit is taken and plans will be completed with unlimited revisions.
Bids are then obtained and a written proposal for the project is presented. If
the customer contracts to build the home with Droegkamp Builders, the deposit
is applied toward the down payment and the customer does not have to pay for the plans!
